Welcome to WU Online’s live recap of the NWA Samhain 2023 Pre-Show! The NWA Samhain 2023 Pre-Show is originating live from the TempleLive Cleveland Masonic in Cleveland, Ohio.
MATCH #1: NWA EXODUS CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT, FIRST ROUND – MANBUN JESUS [W/THE GROOVY GRIZZLIES] VERSUS “THE UNCHAINED KING” BRANDON DAY [W/TOWEL BOY TOMMY]
The first match of the pre-show is a FIRST-ROUND MATCH IN THE NWA EXODUS CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT! The combatants are already in the squared circle. This is a singles match between MANBUN JESUS, with THE GROOVY GRIZZLIES in his corner, against “THE UNCHAINED KING” BRANDON DAY, with TOWEL BOY TOMMY in his corner. The bell rings to officially begin this match. This match ends when Day pins Jesus to advance in the tournament.
THE WINNER: “THE UNCHAINED KING” BRANDON DAY…VIA PINFALL
After the match, “Broomstick” Jay Bradley, of The Fixers, walks out to the ring and confronts Day before knocking Tommy to the mat and putting an official NWA Exodus t-shirt on. He then leaves.
At the commentary table, Joe Galli, Tim Storm and Danny Dealz discuss tonight’s pay-per-view.

In the ring, Kyle Edwards interviews Zyon, The Outrunners (Truth Magnum & Turbo Floyd) and Austin Idol. Kyle reminds us that the National Wrestling Alliance will be returning to the Robarts Arena in Sarasota, Florida on November 18, 2023 for a NWA Powerrr taping and they will also be celebrating the career of Austin Idol. Kyle notices that despite this, Idol appears to be in a bad mood. Idol tells Edwards that everybody sucks, the National Wrestling Alliance sucks, NWA President: William Corgan sucks and even YouTube sucks! Austin states he has sold out major arenas all over the world but yet he’s placed on the NWA Samhain Pre-Show. He’s a main eventer and says that Corgan called and begged him to help the NWA President take the National Wrestling Alliance back to where it once was. Idol demands to be placed in the main event from now on. Kyle informs him that his trio’s match is next.
MATCH #2: SIX-MAN TAG TEAM MATCH – “THE GOLDEN BOY” JORDAN CLEARWATER & THE COUNTRY GENTLEMEN (AJ & KC CAZANA) [W/JOE CAZANA] VERSUS ZYON & THE OUTRUNNERS (TRUTH MAGNUM & TURBO FLOYD) [W/AUSTIN IDOL]
It’s time for the second match on the NWA Samhain 2023 Pre-Show! This is a SIX-MAN TAG TEAM MATCH and already in the ring is the trio of ZYON & THE OUTRUNNERS. The Outrunners is a tag team combination comprised of TRUTH MAGNUM & TURBO FLOYD. They are accompanied by their manager, AUSTIN IDOL. It’s now time for the entrance and introduction of their opponents. Making their way to the squared circle is the trio comprised of “THE GOLDEN BOY” JORDAN CLEARWATER & THE COUNTRY GENTLEMEN! The Country Gentlemen is comprised of AJ & KC CAZANA. They are accompanied to the ring by their manager JOE CAZANA. The bell rings to officially begin this Six-Man Tag Team Match. It appears it will be KC Cazana and Truth Magnum beginning this match first for their respective trios. The match ends when KC pins a member of The Outrunners to win the match for his trio.
THE WINNERS: “THE GOLDEN BOY” JORDAN & THE COUNTRY GENTLEMEN…VIA PINFALL
After the match, Jordan Clearwater and The Country Gentlemen are attacked by Zyon and The Outrunners. Austin Idol even sneak attacks Joe Cazana.
Backstage, May Valentine interviews Pretty Empowered and The Southern Six. After the NWA World Women’s Champion and the NWA World Women’s Tag Team Champions introduced themselves, Alex Taylor of The Southern Six told The Headbangers that they made a mistake by accepting the Rock N’ Roll Match Challenge. His partner, “The Future Legend” Kerry Morton told Mosh & Thrasher that they’re going to have the privilege of being in the same squared circle as himself and Taylor. “Thrillbilly” Silas Mason asked “The Masterpiece” Chris Adonis if he’s stupid and promised that he’ll still be the NWA National Heavyweight Champion when the Burning Lake Brawl comes to an end.
When we return to the commentator’s table, our broadcasters run down the card for tonight’s NWA Samhain pay-per-view.
MATCH #3: FATAL 4-WAY MATCH TO DETERMINE THE #1 CONTENDER FOR THE NWA WORLD WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP – CHELSEA VERSUS TIFFANY NIEVES VERSUS SAMANTHA STARR VERSUS MISSA KATE
The next match at the NWA Samhain 2023 Pre-Show is a FATAL 4-WAY MATCH to determine who the #1 Contender will be for the NWA World Women’s Championship. Making her way to the squared circle first is CHELSEA! It’s now time for the entrance and introduction of her opponent. Making her way to the squared circle next is TIFFANY NIEVES! It’s now time for the entrance and introduction of their opponent. Making her way to the squared circle next is SAMANTHA STARR! It’s now time for the entrance and introduction of their opponent. Making her way to the squared circle next is MISSA KATE! The bell rings to officially begin this match. The match ends when Starr pins Kate to become the new #1 contender for the NWA World Women’s Championship!

Backstage, May Valentine interviews Vampiro. She states that Violent J was supposed to be joining them so she could interview both of them but for some reason, he’s not here. Vampiro says that isn’t anything new and that’s happened before. He says Violent J has abandoned his team. He adds that there isn’t any bad blood between them. He closes by stating that he’s tired of Violent J and needs to destroy him to move on.

MATCH #4: NATIONAL WRESTLING ALLIANCE UNITED STATES TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH – DAISY KILL & TALOS (NATIONAL WRESTLING ALLIANCE UNITED STATES TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS) VERSUS THE IMMORTALS (KRATOS & ODINSON)
It’s now time for our fourth and final match on the NWA Samhain 2023 Pre-Show and it is for the NATIONAL WRESTLING ALLIANCE UNITED STATES TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP! Making their way to the squared circle first are the challengers, THE IMMORTALS! The Immortals is comprised of KRATOS & ODINSON! It’s now time for the entrance and introduction of their opponents. Making their way to the squared circle are the NATIONAL WRESTLING ALLIANCE UNITED STATES TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS: DAISY KILL & TALOS! The bell rings to officially begin this tag team match. Apparently it will be Odinson and Daisy beginning this match first for their respective teams. The match ends when Kratos pins Daisy to win the match and the NWA United States Tag Team Championship for The Immortals.
