Here are the rules for the WarGames Matches:
- Two Teams Will Be Contained In Separate Cages With One Member Of Each Team Starting The Match.
- After Five Minutes, A Member From The Advantaged Team Will Be Released To Enter The Match.
- After A Three-Minute Period, Alternating Members From Each Team Will Enter The Match Until All Competitors Are Inside The Cage.
- Once All Competitors Have Entered, WarGames Officially Begins.
- The Only Way To Win The Match Is By Pinfall Or Submission.
MATCH #1: WOMEN’S WARGAMES MATCH – “THE MAN” BECKY LYNCH, “THE QUEEN” CHARLOTTE FLAIR, “THE EST OF THE WWE” BIANCA BELAIR & SHOTZI VERSUS DAMAGE CTRL (BAYLEY, WWE WOMEN’S CHAMPION: “THE GENIUS OF THE SKY” IYO SKY, “THE EMPRESS OF TOMORROW” ASUKA & KAIRI SANE)
It’s time for the first match of the night and it’s the WOMEN’S WARGAMES MATCH. Making her way to the cage first – “THE EST OF THE WWE” BIANCA BELAIR! It’s time for the entrance and introduction of her partner. Making her way to the cage – SHOTZI! It’s time for the entrance and introduction of their partner. Making her way to the cage – “THE QUEEN” CHARLOTTE FLAIR! It’s time for the entrance and introduction of their partner. Making her way to the ring – “THE MAN” BECKY LYNCH! It’s time for the entrances and introductions of their opponents. Making their way to the cages – DAMAGE CTRL! Damage CTRL is a stable comprised of BAYLEY, WWE WOMEN’S CHAMPION: “THE GENIUS OF THE SKY” IYO SKY, “THE EMPRESS OF TOMORROW” ASUKA & KAIRI SANE. All four women wear masks similar to the one that Asuka wears to show solidarity. A few moments later, Bayley makes her way to the ring. The three remaining members of Damage CTRL then enter their team’s cage. This match is sponsored by Ruffles. The bell rings to officially begin this Women’s WarGames Match between “The Man” Becky Lynch, “The Queen” Charlotte Flair, “The EST of the WWE” Bianca Belair and Shotzi against Damage CTRL (Bayley, WWE Women’s Champion: “The Genius of the Sky” IYO SKY, “The Empress of Tomorrow” Asuka and Kairi Sane)! It will be five minutes before the next participant enters the match. At one point, Becky has the Dis-arm-her on Bayley and it’s stopped when DAKOTA KAI comes out of the crowd and hits Lynch with a kendo stick. It’s now time for the next participant. Making her way to the ring – SHOTZI! It will be three minutes before the next participant enters the match. It’s now time for the next participant. Making her way to the squared circle – WWE WOMEN’S CHAMPION: “THE GENIUS OF THE SKY” IYO SKY! It will be three minutes before the next participant. It’s now time for the next participant. Making her way to the squared circle – “THE EST OF THE WWE” BIANCA BELAIR! It will be three minutes until the next participant. It’s now time for the next participant. Backstage, Sami Zayn and “Main Event” Jey Uso talk to each other. Sami tells Uso that “The Apex Predator” Randy Orton hasn’t arrived yet. Uso said he knew this would happen and says it’s his fault and why would Orton want to team with him? Sami says there’s history between them and no matter if Orton shows up or not they will go to war together.

It’s now time for our next match. This is a SINGLES MATCH, scheduled for one fall, and is for the WWE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP! Making his way to the squared circle first is the challenger – “THE A-LISTER” THE MIZ! Michael Cole informs us that if The Miz wins the WWE Intercontinental Championship tonight he will tie AEW Superstar: Chris Jericho for the most WWE Intercontinental Championship reigns at nine. It’s time for the entrance and introduction of his opponent. Making his way to the squared circle next is the WWE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION: “THE RING GENERAL” GUNTHER! Gunther is a member of the stable – IMPERIUM. Cole informs us that today marks Gunther’s 533rd day as WWE Intercontinental Champion. He then informs us that all of The Miz’s Intercontinental Championship reigns combined only add up to 592 days. Cole also tells us that Gunther was in the WWE Royal Rumble Match for 01:11:40. The winning team of “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes, World Heavyweight Champion: Seth “Freakin” Rollins, Sami Zayn, “Main Event” Jey Uso & “The Apex Predator” Randy Orton are inside the WarGames Cage, celebrating their victory, when all of a sudden “Cult of Personality (Remastered 2023” by Living Colour begins to play and the Allstate Arena figuratively explodes from the cheers of the WWE Universe as the entrance video of CM Punk begins to play on the TitanTron.
“The Best in the World” CM Punk walks out of the entrance area and into the Allstate Arena to one of the biggest, if not THE biggest, pops in WWE history. He does his signature “IT’S CLOBBERING TIME!” and walks over to hug some of the fans.
WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2023 comes to a close with the returning Punk staring at the squared circle and smiling.
