The following results are from IMPACT! Wrestling Countdown to Hard To Kill 2023:

1. KUSHIDA defeated Angels, Delirious, “Speedball” Mike Bailey, Mike Jackson and Yuya Uemura in a IMPACT! Wrestling X-Division Scramble Match when he forced Angels to submit.
2. IMPACT X-Division Champion: Trey Miguel pinned Black Taurus [with: Crazzy Steve] in an IMPACT X-Division Championship Match to retain the IMPACT X-Division Championship.

The following results are from IMPACT! Wrestling Hard To Kill 2023:

1. IMPACT World Champion: “The Walking Weapon” Josh Alexander defeated Bully Ray, via submission, in a Full Metal Mayhem Match to retain the IMPACT World Championship.
2. IMPACT World Tag Team Champions & NJPW Strong Openweight Tag Team Champions: The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & “Superstar” Chris Sabin) defeated “The Redheaded Rebel” Heath & Rhino, The Bullet Club (“The Inevitable” Ace Austin & “The Ultimate Finesser” Chris Bey) and The Major Players (“The Most Professional Wrestler” Brian Myers & Matt Cardona) in a Four-Way Elimination Tag Team Match to retain the IMPACT World Tag Team Championship.  Order of elimination:
   1. The Major Players eliminated Heath & Rhino when Cardona pinned Rhino.
   2. The Bullet Club eliminated The Major Players when Bey pinned Myers.
   3. The Motor City Machine Guns eliminated The Bullet Club when Sabin pinned Bey.
3. IMPACT Digital Media Champion: Joe Hendry pinned Moose in an IMPACT Digital Media Championship Match to retain the IMPACT Digital Media Championship after Moose delivered a low blow to Hendry before pinning him to win the IMPACT Digital Media Championship in what appeared to be the conclusion of the match.  The new IMPACT! Wrestling Director of Authority: Santino Marella came out to the Hard To Kill 2023 stage and ordered the referee to restart the match.
4. Masha Slamovich defeated “The Virtuosa” Deonna Purrazzo, Killer Kelly and Taylor Wilde in a IMPACT! Wrestling Knockouts Four-Way #1 Contenders Match when she pinned Wilde.
5. Steve Maclin pinned Rich Swann in a Falls Count Anywhere In Atlanta Match.
6. Eddie Edwards pinned “The Octopus” Jonathan Gresham.  After the match, PCO returned to the ring and nailed Edwards with a chokeslam.
7. In The Last Rodeo, “Hardcore Country” Mickie James pinned IMPACT Knockouts World Champion: “The Juggernaut” Jordynne Grace in a Title vs. Career Match to win the IMPACT Knockouts World Championship.
